Visa Requirements/ what to do

** The consulate reserves the right to ask any applicant for additional requirements at any time. **

1. SUBMIT YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT
• Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of the expected trip
• You must have a completely empty visa page in your passport. (Note that the last few pages of your passport are amendment pages NOT visa pages)

2. SUBMIT ONE VIETNAM APPLICATION FORM
• Don't forget to sign the form!
• Completely fill in the form so as not to delay your application

3. SUBMIT TWO PASSPORT PHOTOS
• These must be a 2x2 (inches) white background photos taken within the past 6 months

4. SUBMIT BUSINESS LETTER FROM THE COMPANY INVITING YOU
• A letter on foreign company letter head
• The letter should introduce the applicant, detail the purpose of the trip, when the trip is to take place, and how long the trip is scheduled to be.

5. MONEY ORDER OR CASH FOR VISA FEE
• Payable to "Consulate of Vietnam"
• Consulate fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It's Easy will not pay consulate fees.

6. NON U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS
• Submit a copy of your valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), Visa, or other proof of your legal status in the United States, with the permission for re-entry.


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click the link below to Download and print the IT'S EASY VISA ORDER FORM. Fill in this form completely.

2. Either include a check or money order payable to "Hi-Tek Inc" or fill in the credit card information on the order Form for the SERVICE FEE of $55 per application for standard submission, or $85 per application for same day submission. (Starter checks are not acceptable).

3. Include RETURN SHIPPING. Choose one of the following:
• A prepaid, filled in airbill from either FedEx, UPS, Airborn or DHL or
• $18 for overnight delivery or
• $30 for FedEx Saturday delivery (check with fedEx in your area for availability) or
• $50 for FedEx First Overnight delivery (check with fedEx in your area for availability)

Shipping fees can be paid along with the It's Easy Service fee by either Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. (No starter checks).

4. Ship all the REQUIREMENTS listed above in the requirements section, the IT'S EASY VISA ORDER FORM, the IT'S EASY SERVICE FEE, and your RETURN SHIPPING to the following address:

If you are paying the Hi-Tek Service Fee, or the Return Shipping via credit card, then that information should be included on the Visa Order Form. We recommend you send your documents by FedEx. FedEx has the most reliable drop off times for courier services in the California area. (They consistently deliver before 10:30am).
